Carol's Banana Cake

Haven't baked a cake for quite a while so last night I suddenly had the urge to bake a banana cake! I think it turned out pretty good, but the hero would have to be the passionfruit icing, the part that took me only 3 seconds to make....



why is my cake never flat ?!?!!
Will do this again with more banana, more passionfruit, and a bit of walnuts next time!
